Job Purpose:

The Inside Sales Representative will assist the branch in communicating with customers, entering sales orders, troubleshooting order issues and other various administrative duties.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Establishes, maintains, and build customer relationships by understanding customers needs
  • Enters important customer information into centralized database
  • Log and track all quotations- follow up on all quotes from previous days activity
  • Greets customers and discusses the type, quality and quantity of merchandise sought for purchase.
  • Computes charges for merchandise or services and receives payments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answer customers' questions about merchandise and advises customers on merchandise selection.
  • Itemizes and totals customer merchandise selection at checkout counter, using cash register, and accepts cash or charge card for purchases.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:

  • Proven inside sales experience (at least 1 year preferred)
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
